Mimi's Cafe Muffins

A couple nights ago, my husband and I went to Mimi's Cafe on a date.  Our first time to visit Mimi's, we were given 4 muffins to take home with us-they were huge, and so delicious!  So the other night as we were about to leave, we decided to buy a few muffins-we figured they would be great for breakfast-which, at our house, is normally a quick, on-the-go thing. After getting the pricing from our server, we decided on a dozen, mixed variety.  When he brought the muffins to us, I was a little surprised-the box they were in was HUGE!  And it had huge muffins in it.  The muffins were so big my youngest could only eat half a muffin yesterday morning, and saved the rest for a snack later in the day.  If you ever get a chance to go to Mimi's Cafe, be sure to get their muffins-you will be glad you did!
