Fire Close to Home

This morning, a chemical plant about a mile from my house went up in flames.  An elementary school, a college, and an apartment complex had to evacuate shortly thereafter.  Another college had everyone on lockdown as air quality was so poor.  Later, those within an 8 block radius had to evacuate.  Our home was just outside of the evacuation area, and it made me really nervous!  Thankfully, firefighters came from all over, and were able to prevent the blaze from spreading outside of the immediate area.  The last I heard the fire was over 90% contained.  I am so thankful our family and home is safe tonight!
