National Taco Day

Take a quick look at the picture below.  It is definitely not a taco.

But when we got to Don Pablo's for Date Night, I was not in the mood for a taco.  No, you see, I saw their special board-and on it was not tacos-but enchiladas.  I have to say-they were pretty tasty (but certainly not my hubby's).
