Green Parking

Am I the only person who has never noticed this sign before?  I guess when I pull in the parking lot, I notice that there is one of "those" signs posted I assume it is for either handicap, employee of the month, or perhaps pregnant women without bothering to actually read the sign.  Never did it occur to me that I might be eligible for special parking privileges. Truly though, it seems like it must be a joke!
