Snickerdoodle Cake

When my hubby was in Haiti he created a new recipe called snickerdoodle bread.  Since snickerdoodles are my favorite cookie, I asked him to make me some.  Today he had the chance to make it!  He changed a few of the ingredients up, and said today's version is more of a cake than a bread.  Whatever it is called, it is yummy!  I would say it falls into the coffee cake category.

Now that I said that, I may have to brew some coffee!
